Column inspection reports
Columns inspection reports that show column quality such as theoretical plate number and asymmetry factor are also shown. All analysis conditions including the sample concentration are shown so the analyst may periodically use the same conditions to evaluate column degradation.

2 μm perticle size columns included in Pro C18 can be used for ultra fast analysis with conventional LC, as its pressure is lower than commercial sub-2 μm columns. Considering the extra column band broadening, the column of 3.0 mmI.D. is more applicable for conventional LC systems than the column of 2.0 mmI.D..
