This figure shows that Pro C8 and C4 columns allow us to minimize total analysis time while maintaining excellent separation for caffeine and ethenzamide and bromovalerylurea.
In the case that it is difficult to optimize resolution and analysis time on separation by C18, C8 and C4 columns can be effective alternatives.
