ECOPLUS series (Glass column) 中高壓型玻璃管柱
ECOPLUS 玻璃管柱為一多功能型層析管柱，即使在較高之壓力下也可適用於生物樣品純化(例如：蛋白質(proteins)、Peptide(胜肽)、核酸(nucleic acids…等)、正相層析、逆相層析之液相層析純化之應用。操作上設計了快鎖式設計(Quick-lock)，使操作更為簡單便利。出廠前會經過多次嚴格之品質監控，以提供高品質之產品。
類型可分為兩種版本：
-AB型 (水相, aqueous buffer)，適用於水相緩衝液
-SR型 (耐溶劑型, solvent resistant)適用於有機溶劑之應用。
活塞(piston)有兩種長度可供選擇，可變化出三種組合，可自由調整各種柱床長(Bed Lengths)和容積(Volumes)。SR型活塞密封之設計為特氟龍(Teflon)V形密封塞，AB型活塞密封之設計為O-rings。

-玻璃管柱長度：125, 250, 500 mm，填充長度可自由調整，

-操作簡單，並可於低溫環境下操作
-可選配夾套進行溫度控制，說明
-篩版(Frit)材質可選擇，並固定在柱塞內，避免使用濾網(Nets)可能在調整柱塞時脫落
-管線可自由隨時更換，不須卸除樹脂
-接液材質化學耐受性佳，並可接受客製化材質訂製(價格實惠)

Packing Adapters
Packing adapters are used if the packing method required additional column volume during the packing process. The ECOPLUS series packing adapters consist of a column coupler and an empty glass body. These must be of the same diameter as the column to be packed and must be used as packing adapters, not for extending the length of a column body during use.
Easy Connection of YMC Glass Columns to Äkta systems
YMC have specifically designed an adapter to allow easy connection of YMC glass columns to Äkta systems. This adapter will allow direct connection of the 10-32 fittings of the Äkta systems to the inlets and outlets of YMC glass columns. This adapter is compatible to all existing YMC glass columns with internal diameters between 10 to 50 mm.
The part number for one set is JR-0636-PCTFE/P2.
